Guacamole Dip

Method

  • Remove the skin and stone from the avocado then place in a bowl with the chopped tomato and spring onion. Drizzle with the lemon juice then season with salt & pepper. Mash together with a fork but do not over blend. Add a drop or two of tabasco and one or two tablespoon of the crème fraiche, blend again then taste and adjust to your preference of heat.
  • Spoon into a serving dish, cover with cling film then chill. Consume on the day of preparation .

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • A Small bunch of Chives or 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes skin & seeds removed finely chopped
  • A few drops of Tabasco Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt & Pepper.
  • 2-3 tbsp. Crème Fraiche
