Low Fat Potato Wedges

Our Maris Piper or Rooster potatoes are perfect for this recipe.

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 180-200 °C
  • Cut each potato in half. Place the halved potatoes flesh side down on a chopping board and slice into even wedges.
  • Rinse the wedges and pat dry.
  • Mix the spices together in a bowl.
  • Place the potato wedges into another bowl and add the oil.
  • Add the spice mix to the bowl of wedges and stir until all the wedges are evenly coated.
  • Rub a small amount of oil into a baking tray and add the potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 Palm sized Potatoes
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • Pinch of ground turmeric
  • Pinch of ground coriander
  • 2-3 Table spoons of olive oil
