Summer Falafel & Beetroot Wrap

  • Cut the falafels and feta cheese into smaller pieces and place on one side the wrap.
  • Dollop the Greek Yoghurt over the falafels
  • Grate the fresh beetroot over fillings
  • Place the lettuce over the fillings until all the fillings are covered
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
  • Roll the ingredients in the wrap, cut in half and serve


  • 1 Large Beetroot Wrap
  • 1/2 Fresh Beetroot
  • 4 Small Falafel
  • Handful of Fresh Lettuce
  • 30g Feta Cheese
  • 1 Tbs of Greek Yoghurt
  • Pinch of fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Pack of Crinkle Cut Atlantic Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar


Tip: By covering the ingredients with the lettuce it will stop the wrap from going soggy, perfect to pack for a picnic.
