Summer Peach-Blush Spritzer


  • Pour the white wine into a large deep pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Add the Peach Liqueur and the white lemonade.
  • Cover the container then refrigerate until chilled.
  • Slice the peaches then add to the pitcher Add the sliced blood orange and the grapes.
  • Return to the refrigerator for a further 10 minutes.
  • Serve over ice garnished with mint leaves.


  • 75cl Bottle of Sancerre Blanc (Loire Valley)
  • 150ml Crème de Pèches de Vigne (Peach Liqueur) avalable in good off licences’
  • 75cl Seven Up or any good White lemonade (diet or full sugar)
  • 2 Fresh Peaches washed, stone removed then finely sliced
  • 1 Blood Orange washed then finely sliced
  • A handful of washed Green Grapes
  • Mint leaves to Garnish
  • Ice cubes to serve chilled
