Keogh's Crisps General Operative

DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for General Operatives for our Crisping House, Westpalstown, Oldtown, Co. Dublin. The role involves working on the production line, quality control of product, packing and loading product for distribution. Working as part of a team, you will be applying practical skills, working quickly, accurately and with excellent attention to detail with full concentration at all times.

Key Areas Of The Role

•  Adhering to HACCP and Health and safety practices at all times.
•  Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery.
•  Starting, operating, tending, stopping, and cleaning machines as well as assembling the finished product for storage.
•  Loading and unloading items from machines, boxes, production lines, pallets etc.
•  Packing finished stock into boxes and labelling accordingly.
•  Complete product checks and record data.
• Reporting equipment faults / product issues to the Production Manager / Quality Assurance Manager.
• Liaising and assisting the Warehouse & Dispatch Operatives in relation to the storing of goods and raw materials in the factory and / or warehouse.
• Using lifting equipment, pallet trucks and forklift trucks.

Essential Requirements
•  Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and bank holidays as the business requires.
•  Manual work experience.
•  Own transport as no public transport available in the area.
•  Good team work skills.
•  Fork lift experience an advantage.
•  Fluent English.

Brand and Shopper Manager

Keogh’s Farm are searching for an experienced marketeer to join their growing team of Brand Storytellers on the Family Farm in North County Dublin.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience rooted in FMCG Brand or Shopper Marketing, and a passion for Breaking New Ground with imaginative and actionable marketing initiatives.

A Flavour of what you’ll be doing:

Shopper Marketing: Lead the development of in-store shopper marketing activations and Commercial Innovation.

Campaign Management: Lead key Campaigns in the Keogh’s marketing calendar, with activity both above and below the line.

NPD: Be a key member of the Product Innovation Team, supporting the delivery of existing projects, and shaping future ones.

Category Analysis: Support in the analysis of Retailer, Consumer, and Shopper Data to evaluate the performance of Marketing Campaigns and NPD initiatives.

Budget Management: Planning and Evaluating spend to ensure Campaigns and Projects are delivered on budget.

Skills:

  • Resourcefulness (can turn their hand to anything).
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Brand or Shopper Marketing experience in a leading FMCG Brand.
  • Experience planning and executing Brand Marketing campaigns at Store Level is required.
  • Experience analysing & interpreting EPOS data (e.g. Talysis, Nielsen, Dunnhumby, EYC etc.)
  • Exposure to the Innovation and Product Development Process is desirable.

 Important Requirements:

  • Must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
  • As member of a small, but rapidly growing business, all members of the Marketing Team must demonstrate a passion and ability to grow and develop with the requirements of the role.
