Introduction

The website, www.keoghs.ie (the “Site”) is operated by Keogh’s Crisps Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company registration no. 495408 and PKS Farms Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company registration no. 580954, together referred to as Keogh’s (“Keogh’s”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). The Terms set out the agreement between you and us for using and making purchases on the Site. By using the Site you indicate that you accept the Terms and that you agree to abide by them. You are advised to read these Terms each time you visit the Site as they may change from time to time without notification.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.

Licence to Use Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited licence to access, view and use the Site solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Any information contained on the Site is for personal use only and may not be sold or distributed in any form. We reserve the right to suspend the use of the Site generally or to block your access to any part of the Site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site or any part of it if we suspect misuse.

Acceptable Use of the Site

Posts to the Site or our social media which use offensive language, personal insults or contain spam messages may be removed at our discretion.

T-Shirt Donations

All donations are made to the Ireland Thanks You campaign and do not constitute an order by you to purchase t-shirts detailed on the Site. Where you make a “T-Shirt Donation” the free t-shirt we may provide to you are subject to availability. T-shirt availability information is subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to limit the number of t-shirts you may request in each donation.

T-shirts will be delivered by posting them to the address you provide to us on the Site. We shall have no liability for late delivery or for failure to deliver t-shirts arising from circumstances outside of our control, including liability for loss, damage or consequential loss, whether direct or indirect.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks (whether registered or not) and other intellectual property rights on the Sites and all photographs, footage, designs, images, text, software, data and other material on the Site are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorised use of material on the Site including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the consent of the owner of those intellectual property rights is prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third party websites. We take no responsibility for the content of external websites. If you choose to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and such websites may provide their own privacy information and other terms and conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of the access or use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
