Knocksedan is a neighbourhood in the town of St Margaret’s in Ireland and is situated along the Naul Road to the west of Swords on the southside of the Ward River. We grew two potato varieties here – Lady Rosetta (these potatoes have beautiful red skin and produce delicious potato crisps with extra crunch!) and Verdi potatoes.
