Golden Wonder – Easy Spicy Wedges


  • Preheat the oven to 200c/180c fan/gas 6.
  • Leaving the skin on, cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges and put into a bowl.
  • Drizzle over the olive oil, spices and salt and pepper. Tumble onto a large baking sheet and spread out.
  • Roast for 20 minutes then turn them over and sprinkle over the garlic.
  • Roast for another 20 minutes until crispy and golden. Garnish with chopped spring onion and red chilli and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot with a sour cream dip.


  • 1kg Keogh’s Golden Wonder Potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
  • Chopped scallions
  • Thinly sliced red chilli
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sour cream to serve
