Ingredients

  • Keogh’s Atlantic Sea Salt Crisps
  • Keogh’s Crinkle Cut Atlantic Sea Salt Crisps
  • Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Brie
  • Caramelised Onion Relish
  • Hot honey
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Rocket

Method

  1. Place the crisps, meats, cheese and relish on a lined baking tray
  2. Heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes so the cheese melts
  3. Drizzle the hot honey & balsamic vinegar over the tray
  4. Top with rocket & serve
