Ingredients
- Keogh’s Atlantic Sea Salt Crisps
- Keogh’s Crinkle Cut Atlantic Sea Salt Crisps
- Prosciutto
- Salami
- Brie
- Caramelised Onion Relish
- Hot honey
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Rocket
Method
- Place the crisps, meats, cheese and relish on a lined baking tray
- Heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes so the cheese melts
- Drizzle the hot honey & balsamic vinegar over the tray
- Top with rocket & serve
