Resource Efficient Operations
Across our operations, we continually seek opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint by improving how we use energy, water, packaging and materials.
We closely monitor our performance through clear targets and key metrics that help drive ongoing improvements in resource efficiency.
Reducing our Carbon Footprint
Our family have been farming the land for over 3 generations supplying the fresh produce market with potatoes grown on the farm in North County Dublin. Our Crop to Crisp model supports a short, local supply chain, helping to reduce food miles and lower emissions.
We use the best frying technology to ensure consistent product texture every time. Our NEW fryer technology has greater efficiencies and has reduced our gas omission by 17%.

Renewable Energy
We’re continually investing in ways to reduce our environmental impact.
As part of our sustainability journey, we recently installed solar panels on our family farm. This investment in renewable energy helps reduce our carbon footprint while supporting a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Our Packaging
Reducing the environmental impact of our packaging is a key priority.
Our crisps are carefully graded by size, with larger crisps packed into sharing bags and smaller crisps used for impulse packs. This maximises the fill of each bag, improves packing efficiency and helps to reduce packaging waste.
Following the successful trial of compostable packaging, we are now trialling fully recyclable packaging alternatives as we continue to seek more sustainable solutions.
Looking Ahead
Our planned new manufacturing facility will further support our sustainability ambitions. New frying technology is expected to further reduce fryer-related carbon emissions by up to 30%, helping us operate more efficiently while reducing our environmental impact.
