Our Crinkle Cut Irish Cheddar Cheese and Onion potato crisps are extra crunchy because we slice our potatoes with their skins on, using an extra thick crinkled blade. We cook in small batches using potatoes grown on our family farm and the finest quality sunflower oil. We season generously with ingredients sourced from local Irish suppliers to ensure the crisps’ deep ridges are packed full of flavour. The robust Irish Cheddar comes from our friends at Carbery, County Cork.
