A fusion of fiery ghost chillies and the cooling tang of sour cream, perfectly balanced to deliver a tantalising taste experience unlike any other. Hand cooked in small batches using potatoes grown on our family farm and the finest quality sunflower oil, the crisps are seasoned with ingredients sourced from local Irish suppliers.
The ghost chilli is known as one of the hottest peppers on the planet and it really packs a punch. We turned to our long-time partners at Taylor’s of Lusk to grow a special local ghost chilli crop, just to provide us with this exciting flavour.
