Our Real Irish Blue Cheese potato crisps are hand cooked in small batches using potatoes grown on our family farm and the finest quality sunflower oil. We season them with locally sourced ingredients. The delicious blue cheese we use comes from Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers in County Tipperary and is full of character and rich in flavour.
