Our ingredients come from local Irish suppliers. The delicious mature Irish cheese comes from our friends in Carberry, County Cork. Famous for its strong and robust flavour, it combines the sharpness of mature cheddar, the nuttiness of Swiss cheese and the bite of Parmesan.
